Immediately earning top marks for its location in a heritage railway station in the Derbyshire countryside, this staunchly independent music festival is also winning plaudits for its annual showcase of cult favourites and off-beat newcomers.
With names as intringuing as their music, Moustache of Insanity, Wake the President, Au Revoir Simone and The Manhattan Love Suicides provide the kooky entertainment over the weekend, while vintage steam engines provide the free transport to and from the surrounding area every 15 minutes.
You can even watch a band on the moving train. To marks its 20th year, the Elefant record label has an outdoor stage with Spanish bands such as Cola Jet Set, Cooper and Single.
